Training & Certification

• Certified Polarity Practitioner: Completed the Advanced Polarity Therapy Career Program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME in 2015.  The program combines Polarity Therapy bodywork, advanced energy clearing techniques, and client empowerment work developed by Nancy Risley, founder of the RYSE program, owner of Spa Tech Institute, and Chair of the American Polarity Institute. 

• Completed the 2019 Shamanic Apprenticeship Program taught by Dory Cote, Shamanic Teacher and Practitioner of The Center for Earthlight Healing, Brunswick, ME. Dory Cote has studied extensively with Sandra Ingerman and many other recognized Shamanic Teachers.

•  Completed courses in Shamanic Soul Retrieval and Ancestral Healing taught by Dory Cote, Brunswick, ME.  

• Completed Healing with Spiritual Light and Journeying with the Spirits of Nature taught by Sandra Ingerman, internationally known Shamanic Teacher and Healer.

• Reiki II Certified

• Certified Heart Lotus Evolution Practitioner: Heart Lotus Evolution is powerful holographic healing work created by Marsha Stultz of Evolution, Inc., Portland, ME

• Completed Healing with Sacred Geometry taught by Marsha Stultz of Evolution, Inc, Portland, ME

• Level I Certified in Nonviolent Communication

•   Worked as a Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) volunteer in Portland, ME for five years after completing an intensive, 60 hour training. Worked as a TIP dispatcher for 2 years. 

• Member of the American Society of Dowsers

•  Self-taught Abstract Artist

• Previous work: Environmental/Civil Engineering, Teaching, Technical and Real Estate Sales.
